AERCO.jpgLet’s say you’re the maintenance manager at a hospital. In the middle of the night, a boiler faults and you’re suddenly dead in the water.   You can call the emergency contractor and get charged an arm and a leg to have them diagnose the problem or you can diagnose it yourself because you’ve taken advantage of AERCO’s free training for end users. Which situation sounds better to you?

These are specific classes that are designed to give an end user the basic tools to understand their equipment.   If you have an older model BMK2.0, you can take a class that is specific to that model! That way, you’re not sitting and twiddling your thumbs while the instructors are discussing equipment you may never need at your facility.

Some things you could learn in an end-user class include:

  • HVAC industry basics
  • Best practices of gas and water piping, electrical connections and venting/air ducting, specific to AERCO product applications.
  • How to use strategy-based diagnostic approach for troubleshooting
  • Details what is involved in annual maintenance
  • Theory, operation and terminology surrounding AERCO direct-fired Benchmark Thousand Series boilers.  Includes component overview, troubleshooting, maintenance, control systems and combustion calibration.
  • Theory, operation and terminology surrounding AERCO direct-fired Innovation water heaters.  Includes component overview, troubleshooting, maintenance, control systems and combustion calibration.
  • Theory, operation and terminology surrounding AERCO direct-fired Benchmark 6000 boilers.  Includes component overview, troubleshooting, maintenance, control systems and combustion calibration.
  • Theory, operation and terminology surrounding AERCO direct-fired Benchmark legacy boilers such as the 1.5, 2.0, 3.0, as well as the KC1000 line of boilers and water heaters.  Includes component overview, troubleshooting, maintenance, control systems and combustion calibration.
